Spa beauty treatment turns int client assault

I sit writing this report from a doctors surgery after being struck, pushed, kept prisoner, shoved and humiliated by the 2 owners of jolie spa. I am in shock, I have bruises & scrapes on my hands & arms & I feel abused & violated. I bought what I thought was regime A peel it wasn't. I do this at suntra and evergreen spa every month for nearly R500 so when I came across this deal, I grabbed it. Not only because it was cheap but because its close to my work, I thought I would first try it with a groupon and see how I go. I got there with the voucher on my phone, there must have been a misunderstanding when I made the booking because I took from that the voucher code on my phone would suffice. They did not turn me away though. the consultants looked very nervous the whole time. After my treatment. The girl asked me to email her & I said that I would even get my messenger to drop it off but she assured me an email would do. What transpired thereafter I am ashamed to report. I was kept hostage until they got the voucher. The man proceeded to call me a cheap skate for buying a groupon then the woman came out and physically man handled me. I laid a charge of assault & imprisonment.
