Appalling conditions at Life Hotel Ballito

Please note on arrival to honour my booking I was terribly disappointed to find that the room was in a pathetic state.

In my opinion not evan 1 star rating.

Since I was travelling with my new born baby this place posed a health risk to him as it was dirty with stained carpets and furniture that was falling apart.

We immediately returned to reception and handed the keys back to the woman wearing no shoes and looking more like a cleaner than a receptionist who was obviously not qualified or trained enough to assist us further.

She simply took the key without even asking for an explanation and cancelled our booking as there was no manager on the premise at the time.

I then tried calling the GroupOn for assistance but unfortunately I was 5 minutes too late.
I then emailed them and am still waiting a response...

When I considered buying the vouchers for Life Hotel Ballito, I was of the impression that GroupOn would have firstly inspected the facilities including hygiene standards before advertising...
