Non delivery and non refund

I had made a purchase on groupon and never got the voucher when i tried to call i was told to email my proof of payment which i did with my reference number and was told my payment hadnt gone through thus i would be refunded. it has been 2 months already, groupon hasnt refunded me or made any other contact even though i lodged a hellopeter complaint 3 weeks ago. terrible service indeed
