This is my third time complaining-what now???

I have ordered my goods about 7 weeks ago. i was told it was going to be delivered in week 3. then it got postponed. to my surprise i was contacted and told that because the goods are late i would get a free gift. someone was supposed to contact me last week, to get my free goods. i have received no contact yet. i have even complained last week on hellopeter and no reply. so just like the last where to from here?
