I bought one of the "amazing" deals on the Groupon website and made the EFT payment. I then got a delivery advise with a groupon code number and security number etc. Delivery is promised within 2 weeks / 14 days.
On Monday 2nd September (12 days since my order) I called and inquired regarding the status of the delivery. After a long while I was told that they can't find my order and they will send an e-mail to track it. I was copied to the e-mail. This morning Wednesday 4th September I replied to the mail and asked for an update, on which I had no reply. This afternoon at 16h00 I called again and the lady told me told hold as she is looking for my order as she can't find it. I hung up after 15 min.

I just find their service disappointing and I am not sure if I will buy anything on Groupon again.
