Dealclick
Still Waiting

Where to start, I contacted dealclick when I purchased one of the products on the site. Delivery was promised in 21 days which would have been in the beginning of August. We are now a month later I have contacted Gugu on various occasions to try and resolve this. Eventually at my wits end I told Gugu yesterday that I am not willing to wait any longer and that I want a refund, I asked her to confirm in writing that this request had been sent through to her accounts department which of course she never did. There is also no answer on their telephone line (011628-9683). This is ridiculous, can someone please get back to me!!
