Cant deliver in time - but took my money!

Just after 9.00 am this morning I placed an order for x2 tickets to the Home Makers Expo, Cape Town. Groupon gave two choices. Tickets for tomorrow - 29 August or for 30th August. We decided on tickets for tomorrow (the morning the only time that we can go) and the money for the tickets came off my account at 9.45 am. Around 1 pm I phoned Groupon because I had still not received the voucher. The man I spoke with came across as if he couldn't care a hoot about my query but he did say that he doubted very much if I would get the voucher in time for the Expo tomorrow if I paid for it this morning. I asked him to put me through to the supervisor. Of course, the supervisor, Chi-chi was not available but she did return my call. She asked for proof of payment and said she would do a follow up. I immediately emailed her what she needed. Just after 4 pm she emailed me, after I emailed her again. She said that they are "still looking into it" Thats it!!! What has me so mad. Why are they selling vouchers dated for the next day (and what right do they have to take my money) if they know that they cant deliver the voucher in time for the next day.
