Bought goods online but not delivered

I bought a 190cm fabric two-division sofa at Goupon and the order was confirmed by an email (sent to me on 07/08/2013) which indicated that my order was a success and they have deducted the amount on my account. I should expect the goods to be delivered as soon as possible. Since on the advert of this product it was written that the goods will be delivered within one week, I waited. After seeing that the order is not delivered to date, I decided to write to their customer service enquiring about my delivery. The customer service responded with this statement "unfortunately your EFT payment settled after the deal had closed on the website therefore you have unfortunately missed out. Please respond to this email with your proof of payment as well as your banking details for the EFT refund". I'm now failing to understand this since they responded to tell me that my order was already on the way and they nave deducted the amount
