I've bought the following deal in November 2012: Orthopaedic Memory Foam comfort pillows and a back and neck massager. To date I have not received my order. I have also had NO feedback or communication from Groupon. I have sent an email to your product query department and have reference no: #658719.
Two days later I received a "rate our service" email to which I replied "BAD - I'm unsatisfied"... again, no response. What's the point of having a customer services department when you don't pay any attention to queries? I have been a loyal supporter of Groupon and really feel they are doing their brand harm with issues like this.
