Terrible communication

I placed an order with groupon in Nov 2012. To this day I have not yet received anything. I called their call centre 4 times, holding on for 45mins, only to be told to wait a few more days each time. On my 5th attempt, I get told there is a problem with my order and will be contacted shortly by a manager... Which never happened! I then called again the following day to find out that the goods are out of stock. The manager highly appologetic convinces me that she is doing a refund while on the line with me. It is now 8 days later and still no reflection of a refund nor proof that it has been done! After being in contact with "top management" who dont return calls or reply to emails, my problem still not resolved. I have been polite until now but I am now ready to knock on their office doors and demand my cash as they seem to be completely incapable of providing the service they claim to offer. If I had not contacted them so many times, would they have just not made an effort to contact me and just sat with my money?!
