Still waiting!!

I ordered a product on the 25th of July 2013 and received confirmation of payment and instruction that my deal was successful. On the website and in the mail it said delivery within 1 week or 2 weeks at the most the product would be delivered. It is now the 13th of August 2013 and still nothing!!!

Very agitated and upset!!
