Groupon: Major Disaster!

Having seen the number of complaints against Groupon, I don't fancy my chances! I bought a Thane Steam Cleaner last year (excellent, works well) and have been trying since then to find out where I can get spares. The delivery was an absolute disaster and the 'customer service' is non-existent. Lots of bright young people promising an answer but the answers either don't come or are incorrect. There are also long delays if you try to phone - understandable, bearing in mind they must spend a great deal of time trying to mollify unhappy customers! Strongly advise against doing business with these people. I have found out that the product spares are available in the UK and I'll follow that route, but that is the first and last time I buy from Groupon. Buyer be very, very aware!
