Received Damaged Pumps!!!

I bought a pair of guess pumps online (wicount) I waited just over a month before I actually recieved my pumps.

Eventually when I did recieve the pumps they are torn and very badly damaged.

I called Dube, he asked me to put it on email, which I did.

I emailed again asking for feed back, No response.

I dont advise anyone to buy from Wicount... They have no customer service or any decency to keep me informed.
