In response to your reply dated the 09th of July 2013. Exactly how did they "TRIPLE" check this within less than half a hour with their IT "guys"??? That's the quickest response from ANY IT department that I've ever heard of and I've dealt or do you only have 2 people employed and one is IT??? I did not ask about you reputation I lodged a complaint to get a solution to a problem which clearly is not being addressed. The issue originated from what I am now totally convinced was false advsertising of a product you clearly had NEVER even stocked. I've worked in retail for nearly 13 years so please don't to me!!! I would also appreciate it if you didn't make US out to be THE LIARS, we said there was no e-mail response received, because GUESSS WHAT there was NOOO REPLY!!! Usanda clearly selected the PINK, I can attest to that as I was with when she ordered as we both felt PINK would not be a dead give away as to the fact that it was actually a stun gun in a instance that it would need to be used for it's intended purpose!!! PINK was selected!!! YOUR ATTEMPT AT HUMOUR IN YOUR LAST SENTENCE IS APPALLING!!!
