No service at all!

I bought a blue Nuk bottel and sterrilzer set from Kalahari, upon arrival I received a pink set, I then phoned them to return the product, and they then collected it. I then ordered the product again, just to receive pink once again, altough the invoices clearly staded blue both times. Its been two weeks now since I asked for a refund or an exchange once again, and no responce, I have called several times, they say they will call me back each time, they never do, they say they will do an exchange, they never do. I am 39 weeks pregnant, expecting a boy so pink is out of the question, and dont even have bottels! This is redicilous!
