First and from the looks of things last order!!!

On 04/07/2013 a friend, Usanda, and I placed a order for 2 PINK stun guns, Unique Codes: get-3917-0dfa5616 & get-3917-43e606ad, after the order had been placed the confirmation indicated black instead of PINK, as had been selected, an email was send immediately to highlight the error, no feedback was received until Rothal called Usanda and advised her that he had mailed her, which is not the case, and that if she wanted the pink instead we would have to cover the shipping costs??? Could you please explain why??? I refuse to pay when clearly the mistake, whether intentional or not, is on your side!!! If the black had been sold out or you'd never had the stock (false advertising) there should be a notification that pops up to advise that it is not available. Please remember word of mouth is the most powerful form of advertising!
