Yes and still no product!!! You promised that it will be delivered last week, but nothing!!!

Your reply on ref. 649072 means absolutely nothing to me. I want my money back, and don't even think about charging me a cancellation fee, because it is due to your lack of client service and inability to deliver products within 4 weeks since it was ordered.

I want a refund today!
