I placed a report here, tweeted, phoned and e-mailed. And joyfully STILL BEING IGNORED! And then you have the audicity to send me a rating e-mail on how I experienced your service??? And the mail states to contact Angelique for follow up on delayed delivery. I did - 4 days ago and she hasn't even read my e-mail.. (It has read receipt on it and not been read).

1st: what service? It's non-existent
2nd: only send those surveys if you actually do something with them.

From all of the complaints on this site and my experience the only logical conclusion is, that Groupon don't listen nor do you respond to customers. What do you want with a rating then?

GrouponSA isthe epic fail of the online business anywhere in the world! I am wondering what your mother company in the US would think about what the local team is doing to the brand and business if had access to the comments on this site...

But after all, I just want my coffee machine. The one I paid for long and still don't have. Can i get it please? Like, this year still? I am resorting to asking without hope of any sort of constructive outcome but i try remain optimistic.
