Groupon is by far one of the worst companies i have dealt with in South Africa. The have the worst customer service and i say that because. Each time i called through to them every single agent i spoke said that they have requested that my refund goes to their refund department and it will be processed in 3 days So for the past month i have been calling every 3 days to find out what is happening with me refund and each time i am told it wasnt logged by the prvious person i spoke and it will be loggged now. Sceondly i started emailing them fisrt since last month regarding my refund and it first i was being responded too. Then after providing my banking detais as requested by them i havent heard a word. How can such a big company get away with ripping my rights as a consumer off. This matter should be brought forward to the CPA committee. Of which i will be contacting them. GROUPON YOU ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY
