Appalling service from manger and call cente

I bought a holiday package and I was informed that the deal has been cancelled and that I must call Groupon for a refund. I called and I was told that a new deal will be structured and refunds will not be made. I called a week later and told to submit my banking details (which I submitted more than twice) it's been almost 2months and I've been taken from pillar to post I have made more than 10 calls to follow up and every time it's a different agent with a different excuse (Loyiso, Rein, Cara and Tarick) I went to an extent of asking for their manager who claimed she will process the refund within two minutes and she will call me back this was on 14.05.13. I'm still waiting. My phone bill is sky high with the 10 plus _15 minute calls with no success. I am really dissapointed with the service I received especially from the manager because I thought they are the key employees to drive the organizational objectives but clearly not with Groupon
