I purchased a product on one of the groupon promotions.
when i received the product it was not what i had ordered. I contacted groupon customer care immediately to report the matter and was told that the matter will be escalated and resolved.
Its been a month already that they have been trying to resolve this issue and nobody can tell me what the status is on my query.
