No honouring their own UP!!!

Absolute poor customer service.
Messed up a vouchers T&Cs completely and are failing to honour their UP!!!

After 3 months of fighting I don't know what else to do... I've been to the paper and groupon have accepted that it's their error But still nothing!!! They say they will refund the voucher but to me that is just a kick in the teeth!!!

I have used groupon numerous times in the past and have had no issues now I have one issue and I am getting nowhere... So clearly they don't know how to deal with issues!!!

HELP...
