Terrible Service - Refunding for cancelled orders

In mid January, Groupon advertized for an Ace Iconia Tablet, which prior to ordering I requested the specifications for. The call centre agents could not give me a clear specification except what was on the promo. On the basis of their input I ordered the tablet. I called the call centre again to get more details on the specification, that was not too helpful and I also asked about their cancellation policy. The advise was that you can be refunded as long as you have not received the item ordered and should you receive after cancellation it has to be returned back. However at that time I had already paid for the item. On 28th January I requested to have the order cancelled and refunded. I received email indicating that the refunding department will contact me. On 1st March I queried and received ref #:696458, literally in the same week the tablet was delivered, I then called them to cancel again and received confirmation that they will send someone to collect ref: 707967. On april 17th they request for banking details I forwarded to them. After all of these, I am still not refunded for the Acer Iconia.
