Eally this is the worst call centre in the world, poor client service and these guys are. They debited my account in two occassion and when i contacted them from the 6th of May this year. I have been promised by Melissa that she's attending to the matter until today 16/05/2013 am still waiting for this company to call me with feedback. they claim that my money was debited for somebody else's account. Melissa confirmed that her Admin team was doing a refund on monday 09/05013 until this day nothing done. on my last call with Mellissa. I have wasted my money calling these until.15/05/2013 I also spoke to Sade who also promised to call me back same day after 3pm nothing. 16/05/2013 Sade referred me to Felicia who also promised to call me back after 2pm nothing again. This is my money and i want it
