I'm not receiving sms and when calling vodacom customer service I don't get an option to speak to a consultant as the services provided by automated voice does not include all the problems we have as customers and at the end your call is being ended its been 3 months without receiving sms at first I thought it's a mobile handset I recently bought but even in a cheaper phones I don't receive sms
