Vodacom Millionaires and sms charges

This query originally started on 13 June with an email to customercare mentioning that i thought i was being charged for sending my 2 free Vodacom Millionaire sms's. I mentioned that i always send 2 sms's to VM on a Tuesday morning.
The outcome of my query was left on my voicemail, which basically said i sent more than 2 sms's to VM on the Tuesday. I disputed this and asked for proof of this. I joined itemised billing and realised the records showed that for the last few Tuesdays, there were 8 sms's being sent to VM every Tuesday (2 of these being free but i was being charged for 6 of them). This worried me so i asked them to re-investigate and asked if it could have something to do with the UPICK option for VM because every Tuesday i send UPICK sms's for my free sms's. Outcome was the same, i was told that the sms's are coming from my cell phone as vodacom doesn't have the rights to send sms on behalf of my sim card - incorrect!
Vodacom is entering VM on my behalf because of my UPICK entries but the rules of VM don't mention that i will be charged for one sms each week for the next 4 weeks. Your staff also don't seem to grasp this, even the people who investigated this.
