On 11th April i purchased tickets online for the Table Mountain. I realised the dates were incorrect. i called TB and explained the problem. Refunds department said i should cancel and re-book and they will refund me the amount less R20 for admin fee, which is understandable. Since then i have been informed by Selma that the money has been transferred into my credit card. I have sent her numerous statement showing that i have not received the funds. Today, yet again i asked her what's happening and her response: Telephonic confirmation has been made with your Bank that the refund is reflecting in your account.
Internet banking is not to the minute up to date
The only further assistance our bank can give is the contact number of the FNB division that confirmed the refund.

Pls could you call this number to confirm the refund.
As I have mentioned in earlier emails the funds have left our account on 10/104/13 and for some reason has not reflected in your account. What am i suppose to do???
