I received a call from a Travel Freedom agent, unfortunately I did not get his name, and after informing him that I was not interested in your product, he put the phone down on me. He then called a second time, and on realising his mistake, put the phone down on me again.

If that is how their call centre is run, then I am glad that I declined their offer!
