Freedom stationery (MARLIN) going the extra mile

I had a problem at Springfield park were MARLIN stationery was being promoted with prizes and my 2 kids had bought products to participate in the competition but before they could enter, the promotional staff had left and my kids were disappointed because they had purchased MARLIN products to participate in the activities.
I had sent an e-mail to the Freedom stationery head office and within a day or two a sweet lady by the name of SARAH had called me. She listened to my story and was so apologetic that my kids could not enjoy the promotion, she told me were i could go for the next promotion and today i received a stationery Goodie bag for my to kids filled with stationery and activities. My kids were so exited they had forgotten about the incident that took place at Springfield park. She even went out of her way to write an apology letter to my 2 children and it was addressed to them. Thank you freedom stationery and thank you Sarah for caring about my kids and the public that purchases your products.
