I submitted an email to Travelstart on 3 April in regards to an offer they had on their website. I received an automated response immediately and was told that Nelis would be in touch with me within 48 hours. So I waited. And I waited and I emailed them again and I still waiting and alas, I'm still waiting.
I work in the travel industry myself (different market) and would have been reprimanded severely by my manage if I didn't reply to a client within 48 hours and still 22 days later I still hadn't replied to them. I am appalled by this shocking service. I shall NOT be liking them on Facebook and will be removing myself from their mailing list and informing all my friends about this as I find it the most terrible service I have ever received. How do they continue to operate business?
