Flexi Club - Empty promises

It's been more than a month since I signed an agreement with Flexiclub all on their terms. To date, still no confirmation of acceptance from them and not even honoring this very same agreement. No resolution on the subs account, nothing. Just empty promises.

Suddenly the call centre agent cannot be reached. His boss seems to be as evasive and cannot be reached. All I get to do is leave messages and no responses from emails.

Come on Flexi Club, honor your own proposed agreement!
