Can't get rid of Flexi Club points

I had flexi club points now for a few years and I have recently bought more points for school holidays by one of the flexi club agents. I got my new levy amount last year December and was shocked, because that amount was not discuss with me. I cannot afford R12000.00 on levies and try to get hold of that agent but he does not reply to emails and telephone calls. I have been calling and emailing flexi club since then to cancel or stop my supscription because I can't afford it. Flexi club only tells me to pay the levy and they can't stop my supscription. They give phone numbers to sell my points privately and they can't buy it back. The point is I can't afford the levies and want to cancel my subscription and I am trying to sell my points with no luck.
