I am due to fly to Johannesburg tomorrow (05/01/14) at 16:40. I get a flight reminder which states that my flight is at 13:30. I phoned kulula to inform them that the flight I booked was at 16:40 and I get told that they've moved a few passengers to an earlier flight. I wasn't informed of this flight change. The call centre offered me a refund, knowing full well that is won't be able to find another flight due to it being the festive season.
I am utterly disgusted in their service of not even notifying me of a change and for causing a major disruption. I refuse to ever fly kulula again as it is clear they're a company which CANNOT stick to their obligations!
