I have sent Manago Airlines numerous emails regarding my claim. The incident transpired in November 2012. On the day of the incident, I lodged a complaint at the Mango Baggage services desk. I had been advised that my matter would be attended to and if my bag is bust open then they would replace the bag. The bag had been sent in for repairs, however it was beyond repairs. The bag had been hand stitched which still showed the defects and could not be used again and this had been delivered to my residence. I then had the bag sent back to Mango Airlines, however they have advised that repairs are within their policy and they cannot replace the bag. How can a consumer make use of a hand stitched bag. How embarassing to carry around a hand stiched bag. Obviously it had to be replaced due to the type of damage. I also requested for my bag to be in fragile but they had also broke other items in my bag although the bag had been sent to fragile. This complaint is placing unnecessary stress on me as a consumer and I am incurring additional expenses such as telephone calls and emails to Mango Airlines. Their service deliver and customer service is pathetic. Pathetic customer service.
