I am waiting for my dad at the Bellville bus station. I have been calling the call centres (Head Office, CT and EL) for the past hour and I've had to hold more than 8minutes to check where the bus is. I'm also with passengers who have been waiting for a 6:30am bus to PE and we're all in the dark because we can't get through to their call centres.
Why do they have contact numbers if they're not going to have people respond to them? It's a shame that we spend our hard earned money on you and you give us the middle finger in return.
