Have a written quotation

I received a written quote from city cabs and today when I tried to find out what is happening cause I haven't heard from them and very rude Gideon informs me that they don't go to Pretoria. I have mailed and corresponded with Zenobia at least 7 times. I feel that there advertising is terrible and false. No where on their website does it say they don't come to Pretoria and now the day before a very rude man says sorry that's just how it works. Very disappointing service. Wouldn't recommend them
