I have repeatedly sent emails of my desire to cancell my Flexiclub membership since November 2010. I have kept all my emails regarding this which totals 12. To date I have had no response. I expect no reimbursement. They can simply have my points back for free. I have asked for extracts from the contract with regards to cancelling and have never received any feedback. I have received no response to any of my 12 emails either. I simply do not want to be a member any longer. I can never get the accommodation I want and always have to settle for second best and then the accomodation provided is tatty and in dire need of upgrading and repairs i.e. Perna Perna - St Lucia.
