On Tuesday the 4th Jun 2013, I emailed Flexiclub to cancel my membership, as I no longer received value from this organisation. I received a read reply from Sanelisiwe Ngcobo, but no answer. I sent further emails requesting a response, but got nothing. Today I decided to call them. Bridgette in customer accounts advised that she didn't know about my emails. When I told her that the reason for the mails was that I wished to cancel my membership, she said I couldn't as the expiry date for cancellations was 31st May. She also advised that, because I am a member of "a club", my membership cancellation had to be approved by the directors/trustees. I cannot accept this reason. I then asked her for someone in authority to call me back to explain. The worst thing is that she said I would receive no money back, even though I have points, which Flexiclub have told me are worth R 100 000, pus a credit balance in my holiday savings account of R 16 000.
These guys are really dishonest and underhanded and I would recommend that no-one, and I mean no-one should ever buy anything from them.
