Promised refund

Our agreement did not happen as their administration is lame. The application was done in October 2012 and we were told that we will get correspondence within three weeks. We heard nothing until i picked up the phone only to be told that it was not yet captured. After several weeks i contacted head office where i was told that there will be a refund to this day i am being taken from pillar to post. Being told one after the other by Annetjie and Vusii from Johannesburg branchh does not even bother to come back to us. We did nothing wrong bust asked for our deposit since our application wa not captured. Can someone please assist me?
