Online booking not for modern travelle

Their online booking system requires uou to have access to a printer and scanner to print and complete credit card details. We only had a smart phone to do the booking and end up paying AU$24.90 cancellation cost because we couln't comply with the requirement to print, scan and mail the credit card details.
