Complete dissatisfaction of what happended this morning at George with flight MN904. I have booked 2 flights for my daughter on the 5th Jan. 10 March MN903 to George and 23 March MN904 back to OR Tambo. Booking code IUFRDL.Going down to George on the 10 March, I booked my daughter in and arranged for assistance as she is a mentally disabled girl of 19 yrs.(Down Syndrome) She is 100% self afficient but I do not want to leave her unattended. No problems at OR Tambo and received assistance to the plane and off the plane at George airport. This morning on her return from George, she could not get any assistane from Kulula. At the ticket sales office as well as enquiries they did not want to allow her to fly on her own. It was said that it is the rule and NO ASSISTANCE is available. Our friends had to ask fellow passengers to assist her onto the plane as well as off the plane at OR Tambo. How can I allow my child with unknown people on a flight back to Jhb. The staff at OR Tambo also did not want to allow me to go in and see when my daughter arrived to get her luggage. At the end my daughter was accomanied by these unknown passengers, to who I am thankfull. I need proper answers.
