Left us high and dry

We booked an apartment in Cape Town for 2 weeks we got to the apartment no one met us and we could not get access I phoned SafariNow told the lady who answered she guaranteed she would get the owners Rep and then she would ring me back, well she did nothing we were left outside couldn't get in while she just just left the office never rang back we had to book into a guest house for the night before I managed to get the owner.
I e mailed and phoned Safarinow who really didn't give a tried to fob me off with a bull telephone call. I would say to anyone DO NOT USE SAFARINOW EVER they are totally unprofessional they just don't care I will never use them again.
