I was on board the MANGO flight JE271 Sunday 22 September 2013 from OR Tambo to King Shaka Durban departure time 19:40.

My bag arrived with the lock being broken! A few personal items were removed from my bag. The service received from Mango was absolutely shocking! The call center basically told me to off and the Mango Luggage counter was closed, so no one was able to assist me there as well! I now have to drive all the way back to KING SHAKA to lay a complaint against - and this being the next day after the incident.

SAA partner of Mango were just as shocking and could not even assist me with a contact number.

This is not acceptable and I DO expect a response from management at MANGO. Two items of value were simply removed from my bag. And the people responsible for this crime, must have had ample time to work their way through my luggage. One even begins to wonder if the top bosses at Mango arent playing along in the game of!!!

I have read numerous unanswered complaints on HELLO PETER MANGO, but I do except an ANSWER, RESPONSE AND ACTION!!!
