I booked my airticket on line today for a return flight between Cape Town and OR Tambo. After entering mycredit card details, an error message appeared saying that they could not process my booking as there had been an error. I then re entereted all teh details and booked the flights again through my credit card. The flights should have cost R3005 in total but instead a grand total of R12 175 was debited from my credit card. On phoning Kulula they said that it was their error and that they would reverse the transaction in 7 to 21 days. WHY SHOULD I SUFFER THROUGH YOUR INCOMPETANCE. Why should I fund this error?
