Worst service ever!

I got the worst service from Translux. I have been given false information after booking and asking to change my booking date. I was told to book again and I will be refunded. I have been tossed from pillar to post no one wants to take ownership. I have been promised call backs I am still waiting. Calling the Call Centre has proven to be futile I keep getting different numbers to contact. Koketso from the call centre was the one who to, dime he can't change my booking I need to rebook and they will refund my other ticket. When I got to Park station they tell me I can not be refunded. I get to Durban spoke to Meagan who had no interest in assisting me and just told me to call the manager Mr Farhaad who took my details and promised a call back 24 hours ago. Spoke to another agent in the call centre by the name of Nthabiseng who gave me numbers that I have been calling since yesterday no one bothers to answer.

Can somebody take ownership and just resolve my issue.
