Kalula is late

After less than 4 weeks flying from East London, kalula, delayed the flight mn806 from 6pm to 9h30.
It started with my booking on saturday 16 march, onto internet to book the 6pm flight. Monday 18 march i recieve a sms advising the flight is delayed to 19h30. how 48 hrs later you predict a delay 4 days forward is ammazing.
Arrive at airport and get soreeeee, the flight is futher delayed to 20h30, no explanation, just a sorreee fixes all.
At 20h30, a notice is posted on the departures screen (or should i say sneaked on) saying delayed to 21h30.
Only after my outburst of frustration, at the countestaff did they make an announcement that it is further delayed.
How canthis airline claim they are the best on tv with this appalling service, please come back 1 time at least they were on time.
I travel weekly between east london and johannesburg, and cant believe as customers we only get a sorreee.
Onthe flip side the local ladies on the counter remained calm and polite, but why they should have to listen to customers frustrating ranting, and not a seniour official is just unbelievable, surely customer complaints in the head office should remain at there posts when things like this occu
