An impeccable employee

I would like to compliment the caliber of service I was given by a lady that helped me locate my sister.
I called the Greyhound Pretoria office this morning at 09:00 (20/3/2013) as my sister (a student) was taking the bus to Durban and all I knew was that she was taking the 9am bus. Unfortunately she currently doesn't have a phone and its difficult getting a hold of her. So, the 2nd lady I spoke to (didn't ask for her name) checked whether my sister was on the bus which she confirmed and also gave her a message that I will deposit money for her as she didn't have any cash with her and wouldn't know that I had deposited money since she doesn't have a phone.

It's not often that someone goes above and beyond and the coloured lady (apologies for making a demographical ref however I don't know her name and I want the compliment to go to the right person) I spoke to did just that so I would like to commend her for her assistance and being so patient with me especially since I was a bit hysterical.
Thank you! She deserves a raise for the impeccable service. Another person would have hung up or wouldn't have been that accommodating as she was. She really eased my anxiety. KUDOS!
