Metro rail in ability/ and pure rudeness

This year I decided to commute bt train. Up until 14 Jan I had nothing but praises. Why! I get to station and there in a long line. It took me 40 min to get to ticket box and guess what! Only one of 10 are open. I ask the Metro rail employer who the manager was and he starts getting agressive. His collueges then starts getting argumentative with me. They refuse to give there names. I take a pic and left. I took pics of the long lines because by the time I finally got into train the line was about 200 people long. UNACCEPTABLE METRO RAIL. You employers were rude and unprofessinal. There were many arguements with very angry commuters.
