At the end of december i travelled domestically using mango airlines and had quite disappointing service from them.. anyway i sent them an e mail regarding my complaints initially on 3 january and a few times thereafter as i was not getting any response and finally on 15 january i got a response which stated that the matter had been sent to the relevant people and they would get back to me within 10 - 15 working days.. today is 12 february and i still haven't heard again from them.. the service at mango is getting really pathetic and its a pity that we lost some other airlines as their service was much better when they had more competition..
