Worst Client Service Ever... I mean Ever!!!

Joined this club in the spur of the moment 2 years ago. Offered all these discounts for international accommodation as we were planning a Trip to Turkey we joined. Sales person said we would definitely receive excellent discounts on international accommodation. The saving would have 'paid' for the membership...

When we tried to use the membership for the accommodation in Turkey it ended up being more expensive than booking directly at a resort. There was clear misrepresentation from the sales person.

February this year I received a statement from Leisure Life for the annual fees for 2013. I immediatly replied and cancelled my membership. They came back and said I need to pay in full to cancel. I decided to pay for the 2 motnhs that I was a member and expected the matter to be closed and the membership cancelled.

Today they inform me that I need to settle the account in full to cancel my membership. Shocking client service.

Anyone that considers joining this travel club should think very clearly. It is not cheaper to travel with them and the client service is appalling! Being a member has no benefit.
